By pressing oil into the sleeve by a pump to move the wedge of
built-in taper piston, the sleeve is pressured from inside to
contract the shaft-sided sleeve and enlarge the hub-sided sleeve to
fasten a shaft and hub tightly through the sleeve. The maximum
allowable torque is 2600Nm for a shaft dia. 50mm. Since the oil
pressurization has an effect on the taper piston displacement only,
no pressure is applied after fastening. The fastening power is
maintained only by the wedge effect of the taper piston.
